Our working process is the result of experience and daily cooperation with customers and suppliers.
We work closely with our customers from the very first
phases, through co-design 2D/3D.
If necessary, we perform preliminary technical reviews
in order to engineer the part and foresee all the
possible critical and/or optimization areas.
The aim is to provide long lasting casting solutions.
Thanks to our Magmasoft software, we perform flow simulations in
order to evaluate the performance of the aluminum.
Through the filling and solidification analysis we identify the critical
areas in which the material can be stressed during the casting process.
Every result is shared with the customer, in order to find the best
solution both for the mould and for the casting process.
Our CAM department uses WORKNC and TEBIS
software for programming all mechanical machining. Every work cycle and production process is designed and executed in collaboration with the technical department, enabling us to achieve high quality standards.
Kinematic simulation of tool-paths allows the minimization of downtime and raises production efficiency.
3D-CAD CAM PROGRAMMING
The heart of production is a scheduling program.
Each project is divided into sequential phases, forecast in our
planning. This allows us to supervise the production with a real
control of progress-status and promptly act in case of needed corrections.
Our milling machines work 24/7 and are equipped with
interconnected alarm systems, which intervene during
Thanks to our historical partners, we can offer and organize the sampling of our moulds, in case the
customer has temporarily no capacity.
Our support is complete and includes thermography from pre-heating to casting, diagrams injection curve and x ray pictures. If needed we can provide also dimensional controls 2d/3d of the samples.
All measurements and verifications are carried out in a precise and effective way, mostly thanks to Renishaw tests.
We check all the components directly on the milling machines, after machining. In this way we save time and immediately check the components accordingly to the 3D data.
Of course, the results of these measurements can be shared with the customers.
